2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Session Trial Case No. 37 of 2024 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022 dated 12.05.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Mr. Vindya K. Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is the third attempt of the petitioner to get the relief of regular bail and his last bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 76600 of 2023 was rejected by this Bench vide order dated 02.02.2024 with giving him a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after the framing of charge

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25614 of 2024(2) dt.28-06-2024 2/2 and in the light of said liberty, the petitioner has again moved before this Court for the same relief as upon the petitioner, charges have been framed on 06.02.2024. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 10.06.2022.

4. Mr. Raj Kishor Singh, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly taking into account petitioner's long incarceration period as well as the fact that the charges upon the petitioner have already been framed on 06.02.2024, this Court is now inclined to accept the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 37 of 2024 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2022.
