Learned AC to SC-23 for the State is present. The prayer in the writ application was for a direction to the police to add Section 304B in the F.I.R. of Paliganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2014 and to make proper and fair investigation.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has received instructions to the effect that the police upon completion of investigation has also submitted chargesheet against the accused under various sections including 304B of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1147 of 2014 (3) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the aforesaid, the application having become infructuous stands disposed off.
