JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 360 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that after receiving information that some persons by collecting data-base of different people, drawing the Lucky Draw and collecting huge amount from the public, police raided and arrested two persons and they have named this petitioner also.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and his name transpired only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused persons. Further, petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj P.S.
