JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners states on instructions, that the matter is pending before the Commissioner, Magadh Range, for arbitration under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956. She contends that the matter is pending before the Commissioner since long and long dates are being given in the said proceeding.

The Court expects that if any arbitration proceeding is still pending before the Commissioner in respect of the claim of
