In view of such outstanding, the entire proceeding as against all the accused persons including the order of cognizance dated 17.02.2014 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 57 of 2013 is, hereby, set aside. Also, by consent of the parties, the further proceeding of Maintenance Case No. 1915 of 2014 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna and Misc. Case No. 02 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Saran at Chapra is, hereby, set aside. It is made clear that in case the Complainant ever feels that it was to get advantage in the Court that he had entered into a compromise it will be open to her to revive the Complaint.
The applications stand allowed with the aforesaid observations.
