In the case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014 for offences under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the victim lady Kiran Kumari was married in the year 2004 with Ashok Ram with Hindu rites and rituals. After three years of marriage, the in-law tortured and ousted the victim from the matrimonial house. Thereafter Panchayati was organized. The accused persons agreed to keep the victim with them on 6.6.2014 and, later on, again on 15.6.2015, the accused persons assaulted and ousted the victim due to nonfulfillment of cycle. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26678 of 2016 (2) dt.01-07-2016 appears that the Police has submitted the final form in favour of the petitioner. The court below has also examined the case diary and recorded that there is no specific material on record showing involvement of the petitioner.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Tuna Ram @ Tunu Ram, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 142 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
