The petitioner seeks bail in Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 149, 323, 341, 504, 506, 307 and 379/34 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner assaulted son of the informant namely, Sunil Kumar, with iron rod on his head, on account of which, he sustained injury. Case diary has been received.
The injury report of son of the informant namely, Sunil Kumar has been enclosed as Annexure-4 wherein the Doctor has found one lacerated wound on Midline Skull region of size 4" x 1⁄2" skin deep. Later on, final opinion of the injury was received by a private Doctor which is found to be grievous

From the injury report it appears that son of the informant has sustained only one injury. The occurrence took place due to dispute of drainage.
Petitioner is in custody since 20.2.2019 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
