The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 365 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on the basis of his confessional statement before the police and except confession, nothing is on record against the petitioner and no stolen articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 27.11.2019.
