2. After some arguments, Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

3. Permission is granted.

4. The instant appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the appellant to make prayer for the relief of Provisional Bail before the Trial Court (Children Court) where his trial is running, if the appellant prefers his prayer in the next ten days then the learned Trial Court shall decide his prayer without any delay within two days.
