In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1137 of 2014, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 323, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the complaint, the petitioner and his wife have proposed to sell out their house and the complainant was agreed to purchase the same and part consideration payment has been made by the complainant, but the petitioner has neither executed the sale deed in favour of the complainant nor returned the money.
