Learned A.C. to GA. 3 submits that in compliance of the aforesaid writ application, the application of the petitioner regarding voluntary retirement with effect from 11.12.2012 has been accepted and notification has been issued, as contained in Memo No. 1183(2) dated 25.09.2013, by the Joint Secretary, Government of Bihar, which would appear from the paragraph no.6 of the show cause filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 3. As such, the order has been complied.

In view of the above submission, since the order under

Patna High Court MJC No.1992 of 2013 dt.20-02-2015 contempt has been complied by the opposite party no.3, no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
