The petitioner is in custody in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal history and he is in custody since 04.11.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused, the co-accused disclosed the name of 5 persons out of which one Upendra Rai was granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction submits that the petitioner is a Trader involved in the business of

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2018.
