JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 24.08.2011 contained in Memo No. 430 dated 07.09.2011, passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Bhojpur at Ara.
