====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.22 of 2019 registered under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about catching of a person with stolen Bolero vehicle at villageBakatpur Asnagar, the informant along with other police officials reached there and saw that the villagers had caught hold a person with stolen Bolero vehicle. On query, the caught hold person disclosed his name Vikky Kumar and he also confessed that he has stolen the Bolero vehicle. He also disclosed the name of the petitioner and one Sandeep Kumar,

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the co-accused Vikki Kumar and the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate(West), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.22 of 2019. Out of the two sureties, one must be close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he/she is related with the petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner.
