2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 379, 498A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Vide order dated 08.09.2023, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court for the process of Mediation. The Mediator's Report is kept at Flag "A" of the bail application in which the learned Mediator has stated that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is attached with it.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as considering that the dispute between the parties has been resolved between the parties, let the above named

No.23626 of 2023(5) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Mahila (Darbhanga) P.S.
