2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 137.875 literes of illicit liquor from the house in question.
4. The petitioners are alleged to have been dealing with illicit liquor. Petitioner no. 1 is the son and the petitioner no. 2 is the mother of the petitioner no. 1.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner no. 2, namely, Gayti Devi, is a lady, her application for anticipatory

6. Let the petitioner no. 2, namely, Gaytri Devi, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-1, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
