The petitioner is in custody in connection with C2590/18/702/18 for the offences under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner in custody in connection with 36.00 liters of Nepali Lichi Saufi wine and he is in custody since 10.11.2018. Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances as discussed hereinabove, let the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.
