13.07.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved. Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 01.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed if he has been regularly paying the amount as earlier directed by this Court in connection with Complaint Case No. 2005 of pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Informant as earlier directed by this Court.
