This is an application for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura PS Case No. 304 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 414, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Although there are certain cases pending against the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case the petitioner has been apprehended and he is in custody since 12.05.2018. It is submitted that in the instant case petitioner has been falsely implicated and the case as alleged against the petitioner is unsustainable. There is total denial on the part of the petitioner about the seizure of the motorcycle and nothing was recovered from the conscious

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2018, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection wit6h Madhepura PS Case No. 304 of 2018.
