The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.573 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that recovery of illicit liquor has been made from the public place, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-1, Excise Act, Khagaria in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23784 of 2022(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 connection with Gogri P.S. Case No.573 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner will visit Gogri Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
