The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/201/34 IPC. 3.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was thrice rejected by this Court vide orders dated 31.05.2021, 22.12.2021 and 22.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.6122/2021, 70957/2021 and 22813/22.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail and by order dated 19.04.2024, a report was called for. 5.

In compliance thereof, a report sent by the A.D.J. II, Munger is kept at flag 'A', whereby, it is stated that trial of the case is expected to be concluded within three months, if both sides co-operates in trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for more than four years and there is no likelihood of the trial to be concluded in the near future. 7.

Considering the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No.44/2020. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
