This application has been filed seeking cancellation of bail allowed to Opposite parties No. 2 and 3 by order, dated 23.12.2016, passed by learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in B.P. No. 1745 of 2016.

The plea of the petitioner is that the Opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 have obtained the bail order by suppressing the material facts.

Accusation of the Opposite parties is based on complaint petition filed by the petitioner.

On perusal of the complaint petition, I find that the

parties are litigating over some civil dispute. Grant of bail by the Court below cannot be said to be wrong in exercise of discretion. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is raising threats for getting the mater compromised. I do not find any genuineness in such plea.

This application has no merit and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
