2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 27.02.2023 passed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, District Supaul in Mutation Appeal Case No.34 of 2022-23.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the relief demanded by the petitioner covers under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 (Bihar Act 23 of 2011), according to which the order passed in mutation
Patna High Court CWJC No.6138 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 appeal is subject to challenge in revision before the Revisional Authority under the statute.
4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision before the appropriate forum.
5. It is directed to the Revisional Authority that if there is any delay in filing the revision, the same may be condoned.
