2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S.Case No. 667 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A)(1-AA)/ 25(1-B)a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The huge quantity of arms and ammunitions have been recovered from the Pump house of Baban Sao. There is recovery of money and mobile phones from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27742 of 2024(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 667 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Daudnagar Police Station, Aurangabad on the first and forth Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
