====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State is present.
2. This writ application, against the order of suspension dated 07.04.2014, is wholly misconceived inasmuch as if the petitioner was avoiding to file reply to an explanation sought from him based on an enquiry report that by itself in terms of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 against a working teacher of the middle school, is a misconduct.
3. Thus, this Court would not find any reason to interfere with such order of suspension and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Mihir Kumar Jha, J) Sujit/- U
