ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the informant is also present.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.70 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 504, 379, 307, 149 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that though there was some altercation between the parties, the injuries,

Considering the entire facts and circumstances and the submissions of the parties and that the injuries purported to have been inflicted on the other persons have been found to be simple in nature and that the opinion with regard to the nature of injury on the lady-wife of the informant, is yet reserved, let all the five petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.70 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
