====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, and 26 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15166 of 2020 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charges have been framed in this on 03.06.2020. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 10.01.2020.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21449 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Purnea at Patna in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020.
