This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Katoriya P.S. Case No. 60 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 308, 323, 341, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.3, above named.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.3, above named.

Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 1 and 2, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Katoriya P.S.
