On behalf of petitioner it has been submitted that the matter has been compromised between both the parties and accordingly, Matrimonial Case No. 114 of 2012 and Maintenance Case No. 247 of 2012 have been disposed of by the learned Principal Judge, Family, Court, East Champaran at Motihari. Opposite party no. 2 has received the amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- from the petitioner and, as such, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration. Photo stat copy of the orders passed in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22816 of 2014 (11) dt.22-07-2015 Matrimonial Case No. 114 of 2012 and Maintenance Case No. 247 of 2012 have also been filed in support of aforesaid submission. Learned APP, under the changed circumstances, does not oppose the prayer of pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above and considering the compromise arrived at between the parties, the petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri K. Prasad, J. M. Ist Class, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No. 210 of 2012 ( Tr. No. 3108 of 2013), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
