Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sasaram(Muffasil) P.S. Case No.690 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable u/s 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners arequite innocent and has not committed any offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on their behalf is hereby rejected.

7. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
