4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the instant appeal may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in LPA No. 653 of 2024, titled as 'The Bihar State University Service Commission and Ors. v. Amiya Shekhar and Ors'.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that the facts and issues involved in the present Letters Patent Appeal are identical to those in LPA No. 653 of 2024, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the appellant.

6. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands disposed of

Patna High Court L.P.A No.312 of 2025(6) dt.25-11-2025 3/3 in the same terms, and the directions contained in the aforesaid order shall govern the present case as well.
