JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Complaint Case No. 2322 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 504, 506, 34, 406, 418 of IPC.
As per F.I.R. the petitioners are said to be the office bearers of Jeevika Sahayta and it is alleged that they have not maintained the account register and not showing to the informant the same and when she demanded the same, she was assaulted.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23270 of 2019(4) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 is that as a matter of fact, this is a counter case lodged by the informant in order to save their skin in a case filed by the petitioner no.1 against the informant for defalcation of the amount of Jeevika.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the provisional bail granted to the petitioners, vide order dated 12.04.2019 is confirmed.
