Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kurhani (Turki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 531 of 2018 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, the allegation of assault using butt of pistol is not corroborated by the injuries sustained, as is evident from the injury report contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

P.S. Case No. 531 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
