2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 342, 324, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 07 of 2010 (T.R. No. 1413 of 2010).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated, and further that the complainant's accusation that her husband being the petitioner no. 2 has solemnized another marriage has also not been found true by the learned Magistrate.

4. None appears on behalf of OP No. 2 when the matter is called today.

5. Despite three weeks time being granted by order dated 20.05.2015 requiring the OP No. 2 to respond to the specific averments contained in para 13 of the bail petition alleging that she had solemnized marriage with her ex-lover Bimlesh Kumar, no counter affidavit has yet been filed even after a lapse of two months denying the same.

6. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 04.09.2014 pending in the Court of Sri Anand Kumar Singh, learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 07 of 2010 (T.R. No. 1413 of 2010) is hereby confirmed.
