Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 636 of 2020 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a)(g) of the Bihar Prohibition Amendment Act.
In the instant case total 75 liters of Mahua wine was seized from the farm house of Rabindera Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 19.4.2020. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody since 19.4.2020. , the Court is inclined to grant bail to

No.21454 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Excise Case No. 636 of 2020 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2020 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month. He is required to report to the district Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
