2. The present restoration has been filed for restoration of C.W.J.C. 9286 of 2022 which has been dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 26.08.2022 whereby one week time was allowed for taking steps for removal of defects.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the present restoration petition, the restoration petition is allowed. C.W.J.C. No. 9286 of 2022 is restored to its original file.

4. The time granted vide order dated 26.08.2022 in

Patna High Court MJC No.1231 of 2025(3) dt.10-07-2026 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 9286 of 2022, for removal of the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter is extended for a further period of two weeks from today.
