(i) that this writ application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 13.08.2025 passed by the Prescribed Authority cum Conservator of Forest, Siwan Anchal, District- Siwan (Respondent No.-3) in Appeal Case No.-6/2014 which was forwarded to the petitioner vide Memo No.- 1590 dated 14.08.2025 by which the Respondent No.-3 without setting aside the order dated 27.03.2014 read with Memo No.- 539 dated 31.03.2014
Patna High Court CWJC No.5976 of 2026(2) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 passed by Licensing Authority cum Divisional Forest Officer, Motihari (Respondent No.-4), matter was remanded back for fresh consideration on the ground that proper opportunity was not given to the petitioner at the time of hearing of the case.
