The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is having a registered N.G.O., which was being run by the petitioner and others. Further submission is that in the whole F.I.R., no one has stated against the petitioner about defalcation of money. Due to ulterior motive he has falsely been made accused in this case by the police.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25457 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
