====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 400 litres of country made liquor was seized. He further submits that the aforesaid liquor was sized from a bush.

Considering the fact that the liquor was seized from a bush and the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2020, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Case No. 349 of 2019 with the condition that the petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of two months in dedicated Covid Hospital.
