JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2015 The petitioners by filing I.A.No.3263/2013 pray for quashing the order contained in letter no. 533 dated 29.12.2012, issued by respondent no.5 by which agreement with respect to construction of temporary shop on the plot in question has been cancelled.

Counter affidavit has been filed by respondent no.6 stating that the plot in question was of Zila Parishad as per the cadastral survey Khatiyan and other revenue record and after following due procedure of law, the encroachment made by the petitioners and others have been cleared.

The writ petition as well as the IA aforesaid is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to file
