Mr.Sri Khurshid Anwar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Masharakh P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been apprehended by the Police and stolen motorcycle was seized for which the petitioner could not produce any proper papers. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. However, in view of the fact that the petitioner is an accused in six other cases, the petitioner submits that he is ready to furnish cash security of a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh). The petitioner is stated to be in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.79441 of 2018(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 custody since 10.08.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, be released on regular bail upon deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh) with the learned trial court as well as subject to such conditions as may be deem fit and proper to be imposed by the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 270 of 2018.

It is needless to state that the aforesaid deposit of Rs. 1,00,000/- (rupees one lakh) shall be subject to the final outcome of the trial.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
