Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.7.2018 on the charges that on the basis of his confessional statement several looted motorcycles were recovered from the possession of different accused persons. Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
