2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 555 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376D of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of committing rape upon the victim. The petitioners are in jail since 09.09.2023.

4. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
