Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court has been complied though after a period of two years, this Court taking into account the circumstances explained in the show cause reply would not like to proceed any further except recording note of caution against the present Collector and his predecessors as well, that they would be under an obligation to comply
Patna High Court MJC No.2661 of 2014 (3) dt.22-07-2015 the order of this Court in the time limit fixed by it because it is no justification that the orders of this Court are being complied only when the contempt application is being filed and order of personal appearance is being passed.
This Court hopes and believes that the Collector of Patna district shall not give any similar opportunity to this Court in future.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
The personal appearance of Mr. Abhay Kumar Singh, Collector of Patna district is hereby dispensed with.
