The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaria (Gangour) P.S. Case No.175 of 2014 registered inter alia under sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It would appear from the FIR that there is allegation against the petitioner of causing firearm injury to the informant of the case.
Regard being had to the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
