At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to typographical mistake Section 308 of the Indian Penal Code was left in paragraph no. 1 of the anticipatory bail petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the present petitioner assaulted

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties are agnates and there was land dispute between the parties. Now the matter has been settled amicably and all the disputes pending between the parties have been compromised. A compromise petition has been annexed with the record, which is Annexure-1 to the petition.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 6th Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
