Having regard to the fact that the wife of the petitioner has a valid reason for not living with the petitioner on account of petitioner allegedly entering into a second marriage and the petitioner wants to pay only a sum of Rs.1,000/- for maintaining his wife, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
