This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Runni Saidpur PS Case No. 446 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner being the husband is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity and the statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-13 of the application.
Considering the fact that petitioner is the husband and has been languishing in jail since 30.08.2018 and is ready to

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runni Saidpur PS Case No. 446 of 2018. The court below is directed to refer the matter to the District Mediation Centre, Sitamarhi so that the dispute between the husband and wife may be dissolved amicably.
