JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 680 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of IPC. Petitioner happens to be the father-in-law and brotherin-law of the deceased. The case is of dowry death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed either of torture or of demand of dowry against the petitioners in the F.I.R. and during the investigation, a petition has been filed by the informant that by mistake he has filed the present case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22068 of 2019(6) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 680 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
