Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the time fixed. Accordingly, the reason as stated in the modification application is accepted. In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the timed fixed for surrender be extended and deem to be within a period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 29.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44767 of 2014 is modified to that extent.
